Project Administrator Document Controller Objective To support the Project Manager with all administrative duties ensuring all works are compliant with respect to; Project Delivery, Commercial Applications and Health Safety. Duties middot; Create work packs to include middot; Collation of completion packs from previous week middot; Clock off completed works middot; Raising outage requests on DOP System middot; Raise and arrange Traffic Management requests middot; Liaise with client local authorities middot; Liaison with 3rd party interface such as hire companies. middot; Collation of Timesheets middot; Attend Project Meetings middot; Minute Meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when required middot; Cross reference cost sales summary sheet with monthly commercial application and forward to Commercial Team. middot; Various other ad hoc duties as required Experience middot; Have very good written and spoken English skills. middot; Requires detailed knowledge usage of excel middot; Basic level of IT literacy. middot; Ideally have experience in the utilities industry or similar.
