Supply Chain Administrator - St. Albans - GBP25-30k - Contract Due to impressive growth, our client is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join them as soon as possible. This role will provide administrative support to the team during a very busy period, initially for a period of around 5 months. This role could lead to permanent employment for the right person. What you can expect in this role: 1. Updating of SAP with confirming orders once factories confirm them, ETA dates, shipment reference numbers, container numbers, delivery dates / times to customers / warehouses 2. Arranging shipment bookings for certain FOB customers, approving them based on costs and transit times, and liaising with factories to confirm the shipments with them. 3. Booking in of containers to warehouses and amending the bookings where shipments are delayed. 4. Chasing factories to ensure that shipping reports are provided on a weekly basis. 5. Collating and filing all shipping documents for all shipments. 6. Setting up of spreadsheets for certain customer FOB range orders 7. Checking all product weights, dimensions, volumes etc. from shipping documents and updating SAP to ensure that information shown is accurate. 8. Sending stock reports to all Account Managers and Sales Administrators on a weekly basis.
