Day to day, you rsquo;ll be successful in this role by: As a Facilities Services Assistant, you #39;ll play a pivotal role within facilities management and front-of-house duties. Working closely with a team of 17, you #39;ll report directly to the Facilities Services Team Leader. Reprographic and general administration tasks Managing incoming and outgoing post MFD/printer management Post room duties and courier arrangements Providing excellent customer service to visitors Efficiently handling telephone calls Hospitality arrangement for meetings and event supportThe candidate: Previous experience in a similar role . Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety are essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, along with a passion for delivering quality service.
