Financial Accountant - Treasury SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large Warwick based business, a leader in their industry, in the recruitment of a Financial Accountant to join their Treasury team. We are seeking a qualified accountant with a strong technical background who is keen to manage a small team within Cash Banking Benefits: Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home Performance related bonus Salary up to circa GBP55k Competitive pension Excellent internal career opportunities Your role will play a critical part in supporting day-to-day finance operations, dealing with third parties building out stakeholder relationships, contributing to ERP stabilisation efforts, and identifying and implementing process improvements, all while leveraging your expertise in cash and banking management. Financial Accountant - Treasury Requirements: Fully qualified accountant with solid all-round accountancy experience Demonstrated expertise in cash management Good working knowledge of sales, purchase, and general ledger principle Experience in completing balance sheet reconciliations Experience in contributing to ERP stabilisation efforts and implementing process improvements Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Key duties: Supporting stabilisation of SAP in the Financial Operations Area. Line manager responsibility for the Treasury Team of 3 Working with head office to ensure availability of funds to make payments in all currencies Building and maintaining the SAP/Banking control environment. Maintenance of relationships with banks and the parent company treasury team. Resolution of issues raised by the business, AP, and AR. Deputise for Finance Operations Manager where required.
