Early years foundation stage eyfs teacher

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school community in Maidstone. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of young children and laying the foundation for their future success. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in accordance with the EYFS framework. * Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, safe, and supported. * Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the individual needs and interests of each child. * Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance to promote continuous growth and development. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of every child. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in an early years setting. * Sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood education. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. * Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a commitment to providing an enriching and stimulating learning environment. * Dedication to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in training opportunities.
