Garden Maintenance Supervisor Wandsworth, Greater London GBP38,000 - GBP42,000 ndash; DOE Information on the role * Conduct site inspections, ensuring quality, safety, time standards are kept * Proactively manage the maintenance teams, reports communication * Supervise execute general garden maintenance i.e., mowing, pruning, mulching, irrigation, pre-planting area preparations * Ensure proper care maintenance of equipment * Cover support teams during annual leave or sick leave as required * Ensure all team leaders are adequately equipped * Schedule conduct team meetings * Enforce Health Safety procedures * Attend report in fortnightly management meetings * Resource Schedule adjustments * Ensure lockups are kept tidy, safe, well stocked * Plan, price, supervise small landscape improvement projects What we rsquo;d like from you * Experience in high-end residential Garden Maintenance/Soft Landscaping a Management/Team Leader role. * Knowledge of garden maintenance operations, horticulture (planting, pruning, fertilising, etc.) * Basic First aid or Greater * Desirable: RHS Level 2 or equivalent * Desirable: PA1 PA6 Spraying certificates * Desirable: Horticulture qualification or certificate * Driving license What rsquo;s in it for you * 8am to 4.30pm 5 days per week Monday to Friday (with overtime/weekend work available.) * 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays * Length of service holiday accrual (up to 25 days). * Birthday day off * Pension scheme * Refer a friend bonus (GBP500 after tax) * Health Cash Plan * Employee Assistance Program * Employee e-learning platform * Cycle to Work Scheme * Quarterly social events If this opportunity sounds like something of interest, please email jamie.hine (@) huntermasonconsulting .com
