Mental Health Youth Support Worker Sunderland (Full Time) GBP(Apply online only) per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) April 2024 ndash; ongoing (Long Term Role) The School and Role This role is for a Mental Health Youth Support Worker to support vulnerable children and young people aged between 4-16 years who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) issues. All pupils have been assessed and are supported with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). This lsquo;Good rsquo; SEND SEMH school, based in Sunderland and is looking to appoint a passionate Mental Health Youth Support Worker to work in either Key Stage 1, 2, 3 or 4 classes on a full-time basis. Working in this Primary and Secondary SEND SEMH school as part of an established team, the desired Mental Health Youth Support Worker will be working on a small class sized basis. This full time Mental Health Youth Support Worker role is long term from April ongoing with the possibility of a permanent vacancy for the right person. The school timings are 8:30-4:30pm.
