Job Title: Social Worker - Safeguarding Children Location: Walsall Council Salary / Pay Rate: GBP33.30 P/H (Umbrella) Job Type: Temporary The Role We are currently seeking a Social Worker within the Safeguarding Children team to provide effective help and protection to children, young people, families and carers, and help them to achieve positive outcomes. You will be required undertake effective assessment, planning and direct work to safeguard children and young people and to meet their needs, and the needs of families and carers. To be responsible for working with complicated and challenging circumstances, and to practice social work in a transparent, accountable and safe way in accordance with professional standards and ethics.
