Commercial administrator

Position: Commercial Administrator Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 (DOE) Region: London Industry: Administration/ Construction Currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to be based in London. The organisation is a building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes across the South East. Some duties may include: Providing assistance and support to the commercial team Provide excellent administrative support to the Directors including; diary and inbox management, organisation of filing (both electronic and paper), minute taking and drafting of emails and letters in addition to other general administrative duties Prepare files and folders prior to commencement of any new projects Manage and maintain paper and electronic filing system to include AI #39;s, CSI #39;s, RFI #39;s and Q A #39;s in conjunction with the Project Director and Quantity Surveyor Distribution of information required to site teamsIf this sounds like you and you #39;d like to find out more or be considered for this role then please get in touch
