We #39;re seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Operator to join our bustling team in Corbriggs. As a Mobile Plant Operator at Silva Recycling, your contribution is crucial for maintaining daily operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with site permits, company policies, and procedures. You #39;ll be responsible for upholding high standards of Health Safety on-site. Your duties will include safely operating mobile and processing plants, conducting pre-start checks, performing daily basic maintenance, and cleaning equipment. Additionally, you #39;ll need to conduct visual inspections of inbound loads to ensure compliance with Material Acceptance Criteria, reporting any discrepancies to site management. Collaboration with site management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, 48 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:00 ndash; 18:00, Friday 07:00 ndash; 11:00 Mobile Plant Operator Requirements: * Experience operating mobile plant * Good driving practices * Full UK Driver rsquo;s license * Mobile plant operator certificate for wheeled loading shovel and 360 grab * Excellent timekeeping * Strong work ethic * Self-disciplined * Good communication skills * Practical problem solving skills * Flexible approach Meet the Organisation: Who We Are and What We Do Silva Recycling is part of the Kronospan Ltd Organisation.
