Key Responsibilities: * Lead the planning and execution of mixed-use housing developments. * Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic objectives. * Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes effectively. * Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Essential Skills Experience: * Extensive experience as a Development Manager within the housing sector. * 3 years rsquo; experience in development, cost management, commercial management, construction, risk management and strategic procurement. * Demonstrable success in delivering cross tenure development. * Project management experience in the delivery of planning and delivery of programmes of works. * Knowledge of development appraisals, valuations, development finance and investment * Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Qualifications * Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience in the Housing and Development sector. * A relevant professional / management qualification in a relevant discipline. * Membership of a relevant professional body.
