The Successful Architectural Technician will have strong technical delivery, capable at producing high quality technical drawings and packages as well as extensive post qualification experience. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: A relevant HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology Substantial post qualification experience working in an Architectural Practice Job running experience would be advantageous Technically minded with a keen eye for detail Ideally you will be proficient in Revit Strong technical delivery Confident producing tender and construction packages Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently Excellent communication and leadership skills Working towards Chartership if not already chartered with CIAT Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations Ability to produce high quality detailed design drawings Help to manage the emergent technical team members Be in a reasonable commute to Peterborough Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
