Regional service manager

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to increase regional revenues through gaining additional service and maintenance contracts. * Build and lead a team of skilled field engineers, ensuring effective deployment and management to meet customer service requirements. * Ensure that all service operations adhere to established service level agreements and operate within strict health and safety protocols. * Collaborate closely with the board, providing regular performance and progress reports, while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in daily operations. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Proven experience in a service engineering management role, preferably within the automated gates, doors, or barriers industry. * Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating technical teams. * Comprehensive knowledge of automatic doors, gates, and barriers, with a keen understanding of industry-specific health and safety standards. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal team members and external customers. * Entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to upholding company standards and procedures.
