Systems Trainer 5-month initial contract Onsite - Solihull GBP41ph (Inside IR35) About the company I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Solihull, who are seeking a Systems Trainer to join their team Job Description As Systems Trainer, your main responsibilities are: Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Design, Create and Deliver role-based user training Developing training content, including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides Evaluating the users #39; level of knowledge at appropriated levels Identify and on-board Early Adopters and Super Users Requirements: 5+ years #39; experience in Training role Experience creating bespoke training material, using a variety of methods Available to work on-site 5 days per week Why work through Contechs?
