You #39;ll work alongside a supportive team of professionals, including Social Workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers, to deliver purposeful and effective social care. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert analysis and decision-making to ensure high-quality practice. Offering supervision, performance management, and improvement techniques Managing a complex and diverse caseload to the required standards Contributing to our improvement journey and promoting best practice in social workAbout You: We #39;re looking for qualified social workers who have completed their ASYE and possess a deep commitment to delivering best practice and support to children and families.
