Lead senior quantity surveyor

My client are a leading housing and property developer currently turning over GBP200m. They deliver high quality family homes and residential developments priding themselves on creating modern, ecofriendly, and sustainable communities across the North West. They are now recruiting for a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a luxury high-rise tower block in Manchester city centre, valued at over GBP60m.
