Part time office admin assistant school hours

Part-time Office Assistant My lovely client based in Horsham is looking for a Part-time office Assistant to join their small team. 20 Hours per week. An integral part of the team, this will be a hands-on role, getting involved in all aspects of the business. This will include: Speaking to customers ndash; both face to face and over the telephone Handling all email ndash; directing where necessary and responding Taking payments ndash; in person or over the phone Ordering supplies Estimating job costings ndash; full training given Issuing invoices for completed jobs Plus much more. We are looking for someone who has a lsquo;roll your sleeves up rsquo; approach to their work. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, have attention to detail, be focussed and reliable. You must be able to remain calm, even when working to deadlines, be friendly and have excellent attention to detail and prepared to get involved in all aspects of the business. You must also be computer literate. In return, you will be part of a lovely, small and friendly team.
