Role: HR Manager Location: Penshurst, Kent Hours: Part time - 3 days a week Salary: up to GBP50,000 per annum DOE pro rata Benefits: 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, private medical cover Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a part time opportunity? Responsibilities include: - Assisting management with recruitment selection and the onboarding of new employees - Managing employee disputes, grievances and disciplinaries - Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies - Ensuring the company remain compliant with UK employment regulations Ideally you will have previous experience in a HR Manager role previous and be CIPD qualified.
