Recruitment Resourcer | Remote | Executive Hire Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with great opportunities? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic Executive Hire team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our annual target by sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates. Responsibilities: Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media and referrals. Screen CV #39;s and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements.
