Role / Responsibilities: Provide onboarding support to new customers Provide technical support to existing customers Assist with customer queries via phone, email and live chat Assist with daily troubleshooting / support tickets Skills / Requirements: Great customer service skills Strong communication skills ndash; written and verbal Experience of Excel, or some data management eg. Inventories, tables Passionate about customer journey/engagement Tech-savy This role could be suitable for someone at entry level looking to kickstart their career in customer success, or someone with previous experience working within a customer success or a SaaS/EdTech environment.
