Business Development Manager ndash; Plumbing Heating Products Job Title: Business Development Manager ndash; Washroom Flushing Systems Industry Sector: Washroom Flushing Systems, Valves, Fittings, Washrooms, Flow Controls, Hydraulic Values, Toilets, Taps, Showers, Plumbing Heating, Plumbing, Plumbers Merchants, M E Consultants, Specifiers, M E Contractors, M E, FM Contractors, Plumbers Merchants, Merchants, Valves, Piping Systems, Water Tanks, Mechanical Valves, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager Area to be covered: North West (top of Stoke to Scottish border across to Leeds) Remuneration: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 + 20% bonus Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid company car + full benefits The role of the Business Development Manager ndash; Washroom Flushing Systems will involve: * Area Sales Manager position selling a manufactured range of washroom flushing systems * 65% of your time will be spent selling to / generating specification with M E consultants, specifiers, M E contractors FM contractors * The remaining 35% of your time will be spent selling through plumbing heating merchants such as: Wolseley, BSS, City Plumbing etc * All order back sold through the merchant channels * Dealing with typical order values ranging from GBP10k - GBP250k+ * 100% concentration on sales for commercial projects such as hotels, leisure facilities and public sector projects * Taking on a territory looking to turnover over between GBP1-GBP2m * Will be covering Scotland on a temporary basis The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager ndash; Washroom Flushing Systems experience with: * Must have field sales experience in the plumbing heating market sector * Must be commercial astute * Must have sold to specifiers, contractors and merchants * Ideally sold flushing systems, flush control, urinal flush, washroom hydraulic valves, showers, sanitary ware, washrooms or related plumbing products * Hunter not a farmer * Personable and Presentable * Enthusiastic, Hungry, Dynamic Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy, with an enviable reputation in the marketplace.
