Job description:

A great opportunity has arisen to work for a social housing contractor for a Multi Trade Operative on a Temp to Perm basis paying GBP23.00p/h (CIS). You must have access to your own van (ULEZ compliant) and tools. A designated patch will be given. The successful candidate will be required to cover their own fuel; however, materials and congestion charge will be paid for by the client. Please note that you will be given a parking permit. However, for parking outside of these areas, the cost will be covered for over GBP10.00 a day. Pay Rate: * GBP23.00p/h - (CIS Payment Available) Hours: *08:00am to 16:00pm Locations Available: * East London * Essex Please note you will only be covering on area based on your home address. Multi Trade skills required: * Plumbing * Carpentry * Tiling * Basic Plastering * Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification * UPVC repairs and maintenance * Double glazed unit replacement * Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc Requirements: * Own van (ULEZ compliant) tools. * Use of a smart phone as jobs will be supplied via an App * Basic DBS Check
