I currently have a requirement for a Technical Planning Co-ordinator (M E) on an initial 6-month contract for a client based in Kingston Upon Hull. Job spec below - Summary To lead a Maintenance Process (Planning) and deliver planned work to enable scheduling of 100% of working hours available on a weekly basis, also driving a 6-week work execution plan and to support upcoming Interventions TARs. Ensures that Work Orders are fully specified, within the timescale derived by VMP Priority Matrix, with individual steps identified with Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) fully prepared and all tools, equipment and spares required to complete the task available to enable safe and on-time execution. Rate: GBP45 / GBP50 per hour (depending on experience) Location: Kingston Upon Hull IR35: Inside IR35. On-Site #x200B; #x200B; #x200B; #x200B; #x200B; Job Dimensions Understand technical needs/understand the requirements of a technicians jobs They are creating technical work packs to pass to technicians which consist of Risk assessments or RAMS Job method statements BOMs Resource factorsKnowledge - skills and experience required * NVQ level 3 Qualified in a relevant discipline * Previous exposure to an upper tier COMAH site * Experience in maintenance planning * Experience working with CMMS systems (AX Dynamics preferable) * Ability to interpret OEM manuals, data sheets and various other drawings in order to present the required information to the technicians to enable work execution * #x200B; #x200B;Have an awareness of the ISO management systems that the company adheres to for Occupational Health Safety, Environmental, Energy and Quality Management (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 5001 ISO 9001).
