Therefore, you will need to be experienced in both live and virtual facilitation, delivering a broad range of topics across the health and safety training spectrum. Due to scheme requirements, you will possess a recognised teaching qualification and have a work history within the construction sector. Preferably, we are looking for a Chartered Health and safety professional who is a registered trainer with CITB. Responsibilities: Work with colleagues across all departments to drive the training agenda as a product and service within the business. Prepare and deliver our CITB SMSTS, SSSTS and Health and Safety Awareness training courses. Work with external bodies to develop accredited courses/schemes. Stay up to date with and identify market needs and trends. Assist the HR Manager in producing training needs analysis for internal employees.
