Key Responsibilities: * Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. * Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads via phone and email to expand the client base. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. * Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice and insights to clients and candidates. Requirements: * Previous experience in recruitment or sales / business development, preferably within the STEM sector. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. * Ambitious, results-driven, and resilient attitude, with a hunger for success.
