Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone. Schedule service appointments and update customers on their vehicle rsquo;s progress. Liaise with the garage technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Process payments and invoices. Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.To be considered for this Service Reception role you must have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a customer service role in the Motor Trade. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
