Requirements: Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable. A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive difference in their lives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of students. Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special needs support are advantageous.
