The Role - Psychology Teacher/Newly Qualified Psychology Teacher - Essex As part of the next phase of the Psychology department #39;s next stages of development, we are seeking a strong Psychology Teacher or Newly Qualified Psychology Teacher who has a proven track record of Good or Outstanding lesson observations to play a key role in the development of the Psychology department. It is your responsibility as a Psychology Teacher to ensure that students achieve the highest level of success in their GCSEs and A #39; Levels. It is imperative that you are competent in planning, preparing, and conducting lessons, setting appropriate learning objectives, creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment, engaging students in the lesson and facilitating a fun learning environment, as well as possessing good behaviour management skills. Ideally, the successful candidate will be optimistic and ambitious for young people and will be excited about joining a school that is vibrant, successful, and undergoing improvement. In addition to developing their own teaching skills, they will be committed to making a significant contribution to the life chances of students.
