Our client is seeking a dedicated Ground Maintenance Operative to join their team working on several mobile high end commercial contracts. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you #39;ll play a key role in ensuring our clients rsquo; contracts run smoothly and successfully. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative your responsibilities will include the following: bull; Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and maintaining grass areas to ensure they are neat and well-presented. bull; Pruning trees, shrubs, and bushes to maintain their health and appearance. bull; Planting flowers, trees, and other greenery as directed by supervisors. bull; Watering plants, lawns, and other green spaces as needed. bull; Identifying and removing weeds from flowerbeds, pathways, and other areas. bull; Reporting any equipment malfunctions or damage to supervisors for repair or replacement. bull; Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of others. bull; Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required when handling chemicals or operating equipment. We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who has the following skills and qualifications: bull; Full UK Driver rsquo;s License is essential bull; 3 years in the industry. bull; Experience in pedestrian and ride on mowing, hedge cutting, hand weeding, all general aspects of grounds maintenance. bull; Willing to work by themselves when required. bull; Team player. bull; Pa1 Pa6 spraying license. bull; Good knowledge of general health and safety. bull; Industry relevant qualifications The Offer: bull; GBP26,500 - GBP30,000 DOE bull; Training development bull; Pension / Sick Pay bull; Company vehicle bull; Internal Progression Interested?
