Fantastic School in Sevenoaks, Kent | September 2024 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated educator to join an inclusive school community as a KS1 Phase Lead from September. Located in Sevenoaks, Kent, this two-form entry school is committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for all students. The suitable KS1 Phase Lead will also play a pivotal role in upholding elevated standards in teaching and learning while cultivating a culture of inclusivity within the school. Job Title: KS1 Phase Lead Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: September 2024 Location: Sevenoaks, Kent Salary: Fringe of London (with a TLR) - Competitive, dependent on experience KS1 Phase Lead Key Responsibilities: * Lead KS1 team, ensuring top teaching standards with vision, direction, and support. * Collaborate to create engaging curriculum catering to all learners #39; needs. * Support KS1 teachers #39; growth through coaching, mentoring, and professional development. * Foster positive relationships, encouraging collaboration for education. KS1 Phase Lead Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1. * Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues. * Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment practices. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
