Job Description We are now seeking an organised individual to join our friendly transport team in Minworth on a full time permanent basis! Salary: GBP26,622 per annum. Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm. As a Driver Debriefer you will be responsible for providing general administration support to the Transport Department. Key Duties of a Driver Debriefer: Correctly debriefing drivers. Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly. Scanning and storing PODs using Culina rsquo;s document management system. Preparing drivers rsquo; wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information. Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required. Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries. Downloading drivers rsquo; cards / tachographs. Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services. Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets. Departing Completing of loads using Transport Management System (TMS). Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads. Qualifications Attention to detail / accuracy. Ability to work without direct supervision. Positive and adaptable attitude. Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines. Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
