About the Role: As a Secondary Teaching Assistant in our Wakefiled schools, you will play a pivotal role in assisting both teachers and students, contributing to a positive and effective learning environment. Expectations: Classroom Assistance: Collaborate closely with teachers to provide support during lessons, helping to facilitate a productive learning environment. Student Engagement: Encourage student participation and active engagement in the learning process, fostering a passion for education. Adaptive Support: Be ready to assist students of varying abilities and across different year groups, offering a diverse and rewarding work experience. Progress Monitoring: Work with teachers to monitor and track student progress, providing valuable feedback to support their development. Inclusive Education: Promote and maintain an inclusive classroom environment where all secondary school students can succeed. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria: A passion for supporting secondary school students in their educational journey.
