Senior Quantity Surveyor x3 Aldermaston (Hybrid) 18-month contract Pay Rate - GBP61.48/hour Umbrella OR GBP45.76/hour PAYE Inside IR35 Several Senior Quantity Surveyors are required to join a Defence client working on an 18-month contract in Aldermaston. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing complex contract cost models for high-value projects, as well as measuring, validating, and authorising monthly valuations / payments, collecting data, controlling project costs, and developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will have a strong Quantity Surveying background in the infrastructure / construction industry, experience in developing project procurement strategies and tender documentation, expertise in cost reconciliation processes and cost control measures, end to end knowledge on the pre-contract side, and experience working on high-value projects.
