Billing executive

We are recruiting for a well-established, leading company in Bishop rsquo;s Stortford, who are in need of a Billing Assistant to join their established team, on a 12 month contract. They offer flexible working hours, hybrid working and parking. Key Responsibilities as follows: Support the timely and accurate addition of new charges to the billing system in line with contract information Import and analyse data from suppliers into the billing system Provide timely and accurate production of monthly bill runs Maintain the billing platform to ensure accuracy of automated billing processes Analyse large volumes of data to create reports On-boarding new customers and new suppliers into the billing platform Provide analytical support to resolve customer queries, which will help colleagues to provide excellent customer service Assist and support various billing projects when neededKey Requirements for the role: Comfortable collecting, modelling and analysing data Flexible and supportive to other members of the Finance team Be intermediate with Excel Must have excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise their workload efficiently and effectively Must have experience working well under pressure Excellent communication skills Ability to work well within a team and individually Experience using billing systems advantageous If you believe you have the skills, knowledge, and experience for this role, and want to be part of an exciting organisation we would like to hear from you.
