The ideal EYFS Lead will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing their expertise and insights to school-wide initiatives and strategic decision-making processes. Job Title: EYFS Phase Lead Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: September 2024 Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire Salary: England (with a TLR) - Competitive, dependent on experience EYFS Phase Lead Key Responsibilities: * Lead the EYFS team, providing vision, direction, and support to ensure high standards of teaching and learning for children aged 3 to 5. * Collaborate to develop and implement an engaging curriculum suitable for EYFS learners. * Support the professional growth of EYFS practitioners through coaching, mentoring, and training. * Build positive relationships with parents, fostering communication and collaboration to support children #39;s learning at home and in school. EYFS Phase Lead Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in EYFS. * Understanding of the EYFS framework, child development principles, and effective teaching practices. * Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate a team. * Strong communication skills, able to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. * Commitment to ongoing professional development.
