Customer service administrator

Customer Service Administrator Telford Temporary ndash; 3 months initially GBP12.00 per hour Monday-Friday ndash; 9am-5pm I am working with a leading Telford business to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator to support them during a busy period where they require some temporary support to help alleviate some of the workload on the team. The purpose of the role is to support with the administration of customer service duties providing excellent service to customers. The requirement is anticipated to be up until the end of July in the first instance but could be extended. The typical duties will include: * Answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner. Identifying customer needs and responding to them in a timely manner * Navigating customers to use the website where applicable * Monitoring email inbox. Filtering out junk mail. Answering the simpler emails * Updating the CRM system * General duties include office administrative tasks, dealing with customer queries and aiding colleagues in ensuring the most efficient flow of product to customers * Producing invoices to send to customers * Printing out picking lists for the despatch department Skills and Experience * You should have previous customer service administration or similar experience * Professional in both telephone and email communication * IT literate including a good understanding of MS Excel * You will be a flexible individual who is happy and eager to help * You should be available to start immediately The application process: Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.
