Job Role: Project Coordinator Location: Bury St Edmunds Salary: GBP26,000 DOE Benefits include: 23 days holiday + bank holidays Health insurance Life insurance Company pension scheme Regular company socials 37.5 hour weekA leading software company is searching for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will have strong organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate efficiently within a team environment. This role requires you to work on-site in Bury St Edmunds. Please note, this company does not offer sponsorship so you will need full right to work in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project schedules. Establish SharePoint folders for projects. Aid in maintaining up-to-date order book forecasts. Support in breaking down line items on Sales orders. Follow up on Project handover forms and installation forms. Maintain CRM by updating customer contact details. Proactively reach out to customers before their appointments. Assist in maximising the utilisation of consultant diaries. Pre-review diary appointments to ensure completeness of information. Verify prerequisites ahead of installations. Monitor the Project Admin case queue. Pursue legacy Orders to determine ongoing needs or project closure feasibility for customers. Notify Contracts Team of upcoming installs for invoicing and support initiation. Track progress of Go live forms. Provide support for invoicing tasks.
