My client are a highly regarded, award-winning national building envelope contractor recognised for their expertise in cladding, facades, glazing, and rendering. They deliver projects across a diverse range of sectors including high rise residential and student accommodation developments. Their focus lies in delivering multi-faceted projects ranging from upgrading existing structures to handling complex multi-fa ccedil;ade schemes. My client is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to oversee a prestigious GBP6m Re-clad project in North London. You will play a pivotal role in our small onsite team, working alongside our current management to ensure the successful delivery of this exciting project. As the Project Manager, you will take charge of managing all aspects of the project. This includes overseeing the construction activities, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, managing the project schedule and budget, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate onsite activities as the Main Contractor for the GBP6m Re-clad project. Collaborate closely with existing management and team members to achieve project milestones and objectives. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental considerations throughout the project.Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with expertise in facade or cladding projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction regulations, processes, and best practices.
