Commercial electrician

Job details Pay * GBP18.50 ndash; GBP21.00 an hour depending on experience. Job type * Permanent * Monday to Friday Location United Kingdom Position: Approved Electrician Hours of Work: Full Time ndash; 42.75 Hours per week (Basic) - Although overtime is not guaranteed it is available on a regular basis. Department: Electrical Reporting to: Line Manager Start Date: To be agreed Package: middot; Overtime is paid at time and a half after 42.75 hrs middot; Company van with fuel card middot; Mobile phone middot; Company uniform middot; Saturdays ndash; time and a half middot; Sundays ndash; time and a half middot; 20 days annual leave plus Statutory Bank Holidays middot; Company Pension Scheme. middot; Training is provided by the company along with supported career development middot; Further levels of pay are achievable once qualified. E.g., Senior electrician, QS, supervisor. Minimum Qualifications/Experience: middot; Qualified Electrician C G/Apprenticeship/AM2 or Equivalent middot; C G 18th Edition Wiring Regulations middot; Inspection Testing C G 2391 or Equivalent , although desired we can look to put you through this if required. Desirable Qualifications/Experience: middot; Excellent communication skills middot; Ability to communicate with Clients at all levels middot; Team player middot; Awareness of H+S regulations on site Job specification / duties Duties detailed below but not limited to: - middot; Ensure safety standards on site are met (H+S /CDM Regulations) middot; Perform tasks as instructed manager middot; Installation of tray work, conduit, trunking middot; Installation SWA type cabling at various sizes middot; Installation of distribution boards middot; Electrical installation in Industrial Environments middot; Boiler/ heating experience would be an advantage.
