General Cover Teacher (Full-Time/Part-Time, Temporary) Bromsgrove, Worcestershire GBP28,000 - GBP41,333 per annum Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. As a Cover Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and year groups. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere. Providing support and guidance to students to facilitate their academic progress. Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to uphold academic standards. Requirements The successful Teacher will have; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working in a secondary school environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly to varying teaching environments. Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship) *All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
