My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country. Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects. They are recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join their business. As a Commercial Administrator, your role will entail: Completing commercial administrative duties e.g. obtaining and filing RAMS Actioning payments and dealing with any subcontractor payment queries Compiling drawings and creating tender packs to send to tenderers Completing tender analysis and working closely with the Commercial team to appoint sub contractors Issuing letter of intents and arranging pre site start meetings Arranging completion of any remedial works on completed sitesSalary: On offer is a salary of between GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 plus package.
