Job Description: As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the facility. You will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support. Your responsibilities will include: bull; Leading and inspiring a team of nurses, care staff, and support personnel. bull; Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home. bull; Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards. bull; Ensuring the provision of person-centered care plans and individualized support for each resident. bull; Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders. bull; Managing budgets, resources, and maintaining financial viability of the facility. bull; Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members to maintain a high-quality team. bull; Continuously monitoring and improving the quality of care and services provided.
