1 1 support assistant

Milestone Education is currently looking for a 1:1 Support Assistant to work in our partnered school in Birmingham supporting pupils with Special Education Needs. What will you be doing as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant? * Working on a 1:1 basis with a child with SEND working to support their learning and development * Assessing the students rsquo; progress and discussing development with teachers, parents and carers * Preparing for lessons in line with the class teachers #39; planning * Managing pupil behaviour * Contributing to individuals #39; Educational and health care plans What do you need to be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant? * Be willing and motivated to make a difference in pupils learning and development * Experience in positive behaviour management * Understanding of supporting Special Education needs * Experience working with SEND in an educational environment Hours: 8.30am ndash; 3.30pm, Monday ndash; Friday Salary is based on experience and expertise.
