Quality manager

We are exciting to recruiting for a Quality Manager for our client in South shore Blackpool. This role is an easy commute for people travelling from Preston, Garstang, Lytham, Kirkham, Bispham and Layton Quality Manager Hours: 6am or 7am - 4pm or 5pm Monday - Thursday (flexibe) Quality Manager Salary: GBP45,000- GBP47,000 Quality Manager company benefits: - 25 days holiday + bank holidays - Pension scheme - Onsite Parking - Christmas Closure -Family fun days - Incentive opportunities Quality Manager roles and responsibilities: bull; Manage the quality through the preparation and submission of detailed reports to the board, leading the quality reporting for the site. bull; Lead the identification of root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions and control measures bull; Lead on audits for the facility, ensuring that due diligence is undertaken to ensure that we are audit ready. bull; Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes bull; Develop and review specifications for products and processes bull; Oversee all product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards bull; Actively participate in contract reviews, assisting with the quality aspects of project management bull; Drive and uphold processes to assure the effective health, safety and environmental best practices.
