Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Birmingham branch to further develop and grow a desk that supplies cleaning and office temporary staff to clients within the public sector. As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham will include: Proactively developing Public Sector business by reseaching and identifying leads Business to business outbound sales calls and marketing activities as you will be working to targets Filling bookings and assisting clients and candidates with queries Dealing with incoming branch telephone and email enquiries Sourcing and recruiting temporary staff to work within public sector bookings Building relationships with clients and candidates Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systemsBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
