Site manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a student accommodation scheme. The schemes are with a major main contractor who are seeking Site Managers (both internal and external) for upcoming schemes in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Previous experience working on new build RC Frame residential schemes is essential. Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of the site * Ensure the H S procedures are being adhered to at all times * Coordinate with subbies and consultants to ensure the job in on programme and on budget * Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues * Manage and oversee a team of staff members, including maintenance technicians and security personnel * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the site * Monitor and manage the budget for the site, including expenses and revenue * RAMS Please send a copy of your CV and contact George Isaac regarding this position
