We are exciting to recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in South shore Blackpool. This role is an easy commute for people travelling from Preston, Garstang, Lytham, Kirkham, Bispham and Layton Manufacturing Engineer Hours: 6am or 7am - 4pm or 5pm Monday - Thursday (flexibe) Manufacturing Engineer Salary: GBP45,000- GBP48,000 Manufacturing Engineer company benefits: - 25 days holiday + bank holidays - Pension scheme - Onsite Parking - Christmas Closure -Family fun days - Incentive opportunities Manufacturing Engineer roles and responsibilities: bull; Ensuring safety compliance across manufacturing processes. bull; Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. bull; Identifying and implementing best practice methodologies using lean tools to drive optimisation. bull; Taking a product from initial RFQ through each stage gate to full scale production. bull; Ensuring adherence and sustained compatibility with current and developing industry trends. bull;Ensuring growth targets are achieved. The ideal Manufacturing Engineer will be: bull;Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment bull; Able to prioritise a large workload bull; Excellent written and verbal communication skills bull; Ability to build strong internal and external relationships bull; Excellent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail bull; IT literate, proficient in the use of MS Office and other relevant software linked to the engineering function bull; A team player.
