What you #39;ll bring to the table: Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, with a track record of success in contract recruitment Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients and candidates alike. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT landscape, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Desirable but not essential for the right person.
