Main Responsibilities: Affiliate program management Recruitment and onboarding Relationship building Performance analysis Commission structure management Policy enforcement Creative collateral development Communication and training Technology integration Reporting and analyticsIdeal Candidate: Affiliates (1 year preferred) Partnerships (1 year preferred) GCSE #39;s - Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)Package: Salary circa GBP35,000 (D.O.E) 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Increases to 22 days holiday after 5 years of service. 1 month paid sabbatical after 10 years of service. Company pension.
