Senior Contracts Manager/ops manager Needham Market GBP65K - GBP75K + Car Allowance + Benefits We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver Planned and reactive Works to tenanted social housing properties. All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, including internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens / bathrooms, window door replacements, roofing renewals, cladding, EWI M E, reactive maintenance. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, or Project Manager/ Senior Site Manager looking to step up. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Site Manager #39;s, Resident Liaison Officers, DLO operatives and subcontractors. Key skills/ requirements: bull; Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified bull; Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects bull; Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget bull; Focus on quality, customer service and deliver bull; Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works bull; Client and tenant satisfaction bull; Process Management bull; Management of the customer bull; Have an understanding of the financials on the contract bull; Customer liaison skills Package is Negotiable
